The Spotlight on Warwick Hotel Seattle

Stylish Comfort in the Heart of Seattle

Modern yet warm, the Warwick Hotel Seattle is a downtown gem just a short stroll from the city’s iconic Pike Place Market and within easy walking distance of several major concert venues. With 18 stories of Seattle-inspired design, this hotel blends comfort and convenience with a local flair. Expect floor-to-ceiling windows, private Juliet balconies, and a laid-back atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a night of live music.

Why Concert-goers love it

You’re just blocks away from Seattle’s most popular live music spots, so you can skip the rideshare scramble post-show. The hotel’s central location means late-night eats and transport options are always close. Soundproofed rooms and cozy beds provide a peaceful retreat after an energetic night. Plus, with a 4:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out, there’s enough flexibility to fit your concert schedule.

Who this Hotel is great for

Groups of friends will love the central location and easy access to nightlife.
Solo travelers can enjoy a safe, friendly base near the action.
Couples can turn a concert night into a full romantic weekend.
Fans needing rest post-performance will appreciate the quiet, plush rooms.
Budget-conscious travelers will find value in the location and amenities offered.

Food and Drink Options

Dine any time of day at Margaux, the on-site restaurant serving up Northwestern cuisine with local twists. It’s open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch—perfect after a late night. The Margaux Lounge offers a lighter menu and full-service bar for evening bites and drinks. While there’s no 24/7 room service, the in-room mini-fridge and coffee maker have your late-night cravings covered.

Nightlife Options

While there’s no live music on-site, you’re steps away from buzzing bars, lounges, and clubs in Belltown and downtown. The Margaux Lounge is a great pre-show hangout or a relaxing spot for a nightcap featuring regional wines and local craft brews.

What People Say

Guests rave about the location—central, walkable, and close to everything. The floor-to-ceiling windows and city views get frequent praise, as does the friendly staff. The indoor pool and hot tub are a hit for unwinding after a night out. Many reviewers also love the hotel’s balance of price and comfort.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that the decor feels a bit dated in places, and parking fees can add up. The elevators can be slow during peak times, so plan ahead before heading out to catch your show.

The Bottom Line

With its unbeatable location, relaxing rooms, and easy access to Seattle’s top music spots, Warwick Hotel Seattle hits all the right notes for concert-goers.

Karen D, Seattle, visiting Jazz Alley

Disliked: We were told we got an upgrade, but the room wasn't any different than the one we originally booked. There was drilling work next door upon our arrival.

It was ok - shame...

Liked: Good location for Pikes Place and Waterfront.
Disliked: We had a leak in our bathroom which meant moving rooms at 11pm. We were moved to a suite as that was all that was available and this also had a leak in the lobby. Hotel needs maintenance.

Overall property is ok but...

Liked: The property is in a very central location in downtown. Most of the staff were nice and courteous and room was clean
Disliked: The parking does not have an elevator so you have to park your car and then take the stairs. The restaurant in house the service was slow and the waitresses seemed to not want to do their jobs

Because of AC malfunction and...

Liked: It has standard for hotels and pretty spacious rooms, clean as well.
Disliked: The AC was constantly failing, I had to constantly toggle it off/on to reset. And it couldn't cool past 70. It's pretty old, I could hear water trickling inside (not dropping, more like flowing). Probably why it didn't work. Some reviews mention the staff, and I felt it too, the old white guy definitely make me feel like I was there to bother him when checking in.No welcome water, instead they put 250ml Fiji water inside with an attached price tag of $4. It is $2 for 1.5L in Wholefoods. No welcome message, instead you read about $500 fine for smoking on the desk note. The deposit is also $500 that you find out only after arrival. Although they did return it.The Internet is very bad, they limit the number of connections per room I think, because you can watch youtube but something like google maps, which is using multiple simultaneous connections to load, can take 3 mins in the evening. For that reason it's uncomfortable for work trips, because you can't use more than one website at a time.

The staff was super friendly...

Liked: The hotel stood out for its exceptional staff during my stay. From check-in to housekeeping, every team member I encountered was super friendly, hardworking, and incredibly accommodating—often going above and beyond, even taking on multiple roles to ensure guests had a positive experience. Their commitment to service is truly the heart of this hotel. That made my stay very pleasant.
Disliked: However, the building itself doesn't match the same high standard. Rooms, particularly those on the 5th floor and below, are showing their age. The ceilings reveal signs of hasty repairs, likely from past water damage, and the overall feel suggests the property is overdue for some much-needed updates. It’s clear the hotel is thriving on the strength of its people, but for long-term success, I hope management and ownership reinvest in maintenance and upgrades. Great business is built not only on service but on the quality and upkeep of the space itself. The staff deserves a building that reflects their excellence.
