Warwick Hotel Seattle

Very nice hotel. Easy access to the city.

Liked: Central location.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: We were told we got an upgrade, but the room wasn't any different than the one we originally booked. There was drilling work next door upon our arrival.

Great way to see Jazz Alley shows. Very nice and a reasonable price point.

Clean, comfortable Seattle stay

Liked: The Warwick is conveniently located in the heart of Seattle and close to main attractions.
Disliked: The elevators were unusally slow and there was a long wait to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Our solution was to take the stairs and we went to Einstein Bros. Bagels- which was only a few blocks away!

Brilliant staff, great location

Liked: Very close to centre. Staff at the reception were brilliant. We got upgrade for free. All clean, check in early for no extra cost.

Disliked: Some behaviour of the staff at the reception when we arrived . Around the hotel quite a few people are under fentanyl

Disappointing

Disliked: The staff at this hotel were disappointingly unfriendly and unhelpful. From check-in to check-ou, there was little effort to make guests feel welcome. Overall, the service felt cold and impersonal, which significantly diminished the overall experience. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be returning.
