Disliked: We were told we got an upgrade, but the room wasn't any different than the one we originally booked. There was drilling work next door upon our arrival.

Great way to see Jazz Alley shows. Very nice and a reasonable price point.

Liked: The swimming pool is correct. The localization is great too.
Disliked: The building is very old. There was mold in the washroom. There was no welcome. No information was given when checking in for breakfast time or check-out time. We were assigned a smaller room than booked. On top of that, this room was directly in front of a wall so no light from outside either. They ended up transferring us to another room.The complementary breakfast is not great --> a bowl of yogurt + a bowl of fruit + 3 pastries. One waitress does not speak enough English to do a service. She did not give us a good service. We had to wait for 45+ minutes to be served while other families that arrived after us got served faster by the other competent waitress

Good value for money and...

Liked: Kelly Murphy in the restaurant was exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Reception staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Cleaning of the rooms non-existent or sub-standard after the first 3 nights. No change despite the complaint to the reception staff.
