Good

Liked: The location was excellent right in the middle of great shops with plenty of restaurants and bars close by.
Disliked: The rooms are a little dated but were a good size. The pillows were awful but there are no other options available if you ask.

Disliked: The 2 African American rude staff . Not being racists but these guys were absolute disgusting and do not understand what service and hospitality should be . THEY SHOULD BE FIRED

Liked: location was the best thing about this hotel.
Disliked: it was very old and some signs of not very clean.

Liked: Centrally located and lovely historical building
Disliked: Bedding too thin and not always fresh

Nice location but rooms not...

Liked: The location and the view. The accessibility to different places.
Disliked: The first night, the suite that we booked, the AC did not work and the electrician had to be called. He did his best to fix, but unfortunately it was not solved for the night, so we were asked to move to a new room at 1 AM in the night. This is not what you expect when you pay €150 for a night at the hotel. There was no concession offered for this. We had to move rooms twice the next day and this was quite frustrating.
