Nice position but noisy room...

Liked: Nice location, the King bed room was spacious with a nice bathroom.
Disliked: I had two successive reservations. I therefore asked to keep the same room to not have to change in the middle of the stay. The receptionist that welcomed me on the first day told me that this was not a problem and that even if the room was slightly different (double bed v.s king size) for the two reservations, I could keep the room without any additional costs. I was therefore disappointed when another person asked me to pay 30$/night to keep the same room in the middle of the stay !Next to this the room was noisy as there is a constant air conditioning and water pipe noise all day long (due to the circulation of air and water for the other rooms).

Ideal location for visiting Chicago

Liked: Perfect location on the corner of Michigan Avenue and walking distance of all Chicago highlights.Big room and very clean with comfortable beds. Nice walk in shower with good water pressure. In room safe to store valuables.
Disliked: Bathroom is extremely small and toilet is positioned in an absolute ridiculous way. If you can't bend your knees it's impossible to sit on the toilet. Hotel elevators too small for luggage, no help from staff on getting luggage to the room. Valet parking badly organized, you first need to go to the second floor of the hotel to check in and then go back to ground floor to get your luggage out of the car. Valet staff completely useless and not customer friendly. You expect top service for usd 72 a night.
