Liked: We stayed in a deluxe room with a king-size bed on the 33rd floor, without breakfast. The room and the bathroom were clean.The staff was friendly and very helpful.We didn't use the wellness area.

Disliked: Rooms have some years behind them.

Disliked: Major noisy building works going all for all 3 days that I stayed - second day was so noisy I couldn't hear the TV in the room, it was noisy to the point in a normal working environment i would have been expected to wear ear defenders. When I complained they couldn't do anything, nor assure me it wouldn't continue throughout my stay.

Liked: The views from the room were spectacular , the staff were super friendly and helpful , the spa is at very high standard, location - easy to walk everywhere , very nice breakfast
Disliked: The rooms and bathrooms are a little bit dated but I guess the price also reflects it as other 5 star hotels were more expensive ,
