Liked: Its location and its curb appeal, nice lobby and facilities, like the bar and roof top.
Disliked: The staff at breakfast were very rude and made me feel judged even though I clearly could prove I pre booked breakfast.

Liked: The presidential is a lovely hotel and everything you would expect aesthetically on arrival.
Disliked: The room was ok but a little small and the bathroom was tiny, having to close the door to use it and the shower fell a part. They don’t cater for taller people, I had to bend down to use the shower or had to hold the shower head. The internet was good and the bed comfortable perhaps a little firm for my taste. Also the woman on breakfast duty was overly officious and basically rude, I could clearly show I had booked breakfast but she said the system says no, eventually it turned out to be a clerical error on check in, absolutely no apology and made me feel like I was trying to steal a breakfast, wth!? Any way it got sorted

Good location and great housekeeping.

Liked: Second time at this hotel. The rooms are quite outdated and the carpetfloor isn’t so hygienic. We chose this hotel because of the gym and spa, and were disappointed when we were not let into the gym because of ”wrong kind of shoes”. We also had problems with our booking where we first booked a room with breakfast included and when we upgraded the room the breakfast suddenly was not included anymore. The hotel told us to sort this out with booking but booking was nog willing to help. So the price was not worth it when we found out we could not use the gym or attend breakfast. Housekeeping was great, and the spa is amazing. Overall review is good, but a littlebit disappointed because of the gym and breakfast problems.
