Good value for a one...

Liked: Location and price
Disliked: I have emailed separately about the cleanliness of the toom, bed and linen which fell well below expectations and doesn't normally as we use you quite often.

OK but spoiled by the...

Liked: Convenient and very accessible for road travel
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was very bad and our grandson struggled to sleep on it. The mattress is very worn, beyond use really with the springs almost through the mattress cover, with no padding left. It simply must be thrown away and replaced before offering use of the sofa bed to future guests.

Liked: Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No fault of the property but music played from services which are next door. We had to have window open as it was so hot so heard it all night. Should have a cut off time.

Good value for money

Liked: Quiet, though it is in the middle of a service stop and has a bus station. Very friendly and courteous staff. I spoke with Danielle and Jonathan at the reception. Both were very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a no frills good value for money stopover on a long drive, this is a great place. Clean rooms and good nearby facilities.
Disliked: The floor was soapy and slippery
