Could be better.

Liked: Being in a motorway Services, easy access to mc Donald's, Costa, m&s food etc
Disliked: Very basic room (kettle but no cups)No glass for water anywhereNo Internet (may have been a temporary thing)Cobwebs between wall and ceiling.

Disliked: Rips in nets. No proper mugs/ cups for tea/coffeeBathroom was tired

Would not return

Disliked: Rooms were dirty, spider webs in corners, beds were so uncomfortable

Disliked: The temperature that day was high and there was no air conditioning in the room.

Liked: Was perfect for a nights stay to break up a long journey. Location was great for us. It exceeded expectation based on the price and reviews.

Liked: The room was clean with nice towels. Next to the hotel was a food square with M&S food,Greggs, Costa Coffee, Mc Donald's and others.
Disliked: No WiFi in the room, no air con. The bed was very hard. No plug sockets near the bed. There was a kettle in the room, but no cups or glasses. It was a very hot night but no fans available.

Disliked: Need more coffee tea in rooms

Disliked: No one at reception, there was a note saying back in 30 mins + had to call a mobile number for the staff member to come back to motel to check us in, not a great start with 2 tired kids after a night flight.Hotel corridors are grubby and tired, rooms are not great.Mattress was the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, resulted in dead arm/shoulders if you lay on your side for more than 10 minsDid not expect much for £65 on a last minute booking but above are some of the basics which should be right regardless of price.
