Disliked: Somewhat dingy and tired-looking.

Liked: Location was good although the area it's situated in is a bit run down. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower was good. Breakfast was OK but nothing special.
Disliked: Had to fix the door lock as it would not open. Decor is tired. There were dead flowers in vases in some places.

Disliked: The time is 1am and I booked tonight to stay at Warren lodge hotel but unfortunately was unable to stay any longer in the room, let alone fall asleep due to the disgusting smell of the filthy old carpet that looked and smelt like it was never cleaned in over 50 years. I could also feel the springs of the old mattress but could have overbooked that if I were able to fall asleep. At approximately 12:45am I decided to leave and sleep in my car but the front desk offered me another room that had no hot water but I had to pay for an upgrade at that hour. I am currently sat in my car trying to get some sleep.. I expect a full refund and an apology for the inconvenience.

Lovely, would like to visit...

Liked: Lovely spacious family room, much better than expected. Only 10 minutes from Thorpe Park so a great location.The reception/duty manager was polite, courteous and helped with everything we asked for.
Disliked: Nothing, I would have liked to spend another night.
