Very nice stay

Liked: Great location, for a work trip. Picturesque setting by the Thames.10 minute walk to Shepperton high Street. Comfortable clean room with good facilities. Nice well equipped bathroom with bath and a decent shower.Comfy bed , good wifi . Reasonable price for the area.Will stay again if in the area.

Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The kitchen was closed when we arrived in the afternoon so couldn’t have anything to eat except a packet of crisps. The bath had no handrails and no bathmat in the room. For 70+ pensioners this could have been better.

Disliked: Stated that restaurant would be open but then on arrival to be told it wasn't. Inconvenient and disappointing.
