Liked: The room was very nice and was in a great location right next to the River Thames
Disliked: Some of the hotel was quiet outdated and needs some updating

Liked: Nice location and room. Peaceful surroundings.
Disliked: Restaurant seemed empty and unused. Bar facilities looked nice but completely empty. It is a shame the adjacent pubs have closed.

Disliked: Massively dated rooms that were far too hot. Long life milk cartons in the room were all off and lumpy. Asked for rooms close together but they weren't even in the same building.
