Liked: Room, beautiful and clean but minus a bath!
Disliked: Breakfast could have been more extensive Choice of bread to slice yourself, more cut fruit and marmite!Tea was disappointing until we asked for boiling water

Liked: Lovely location, ideal for visiting Kingston on Thames. Beautiful building . Very comfortable bed .
Disliked: Staff hard to find . Swimming pool freezing

Good for one night

Liked: The heritage building and the close location to Richemond Park.
Disliked: - We could hear doors slammed every 10mins through the night which prevent us from sleeping. Perhaps the main entrance door of the side building or the doors from other bedrooms but it was horrible. - There was garbage on the parking lot, not great as a first impression and the reception looks quite neglectef with plastic plants and other stuff that does not make you feel in a 4 stars hotel at all. Rather expensive.

Liked: Great historic hotel, staff extremely kind and helpful.
Disliked: The first room that we got overlooked the garbage area and also the delivery entrance where there was a lot of noise each morning. Thankfully the staff changed rooms for us and the second room was great.
