Liked: Nice scenic location
Disliked: It has a lot of potential but was not very well managed and needs a bit of investment The hotel restaurant served very small dishes and it took a while to arrive

Lovely location, needs a little...

Liked: The location is beautiful and the size of the rooms is great. The staff were professional.
Disliked: The cleanliness could have been to a higher standard, dust, a use razor in the shower and some kind of spillage on the wall. Reported it to reception but no manager was available for the whole of our stay.

An idyllic, peaceful and friendly...

Liked: Peaceful and leafy location very near to Richmond deer park. The grounds and building were lovely and the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early which meant our daughter could nap when she needed it. Great to have a pool and gym on site. The room was decent, though a little on the small side, and the bathroom looked newly renovated and was very nice. Breakfast was lovely!
Disliked: The room was a little on the small side and could do with a bit of modernising (ideally whilst retaining/bringing out any old features). The gym was great but could benefit from some free weights as it only has machines.

Overall a nice stay

Liked: Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I would have preferred a different menu at dinner. I did not want oriental.It would be nice to have semi skimmed milk pods in the room rather than full fatI waited to check in for quite a while as another guest monopolised the check in person

Liked: stayed here on a visit to wimbledon, its a beautiful area, the staff were lovely and freindly, the food was ok. beautiful grounds. very pricey but it was wimbledon week.
