Set on 2 acres of lovely gardens Warkworth Country House features free WiFi and rooms with a patio. Home to many species of native birds the property is 15 minutes' drive from the Matakana wine region. Free breakfast including continental full English gluten-free and vegetarian is provided daily. Warkworth House is 3 minutes' drive from shops and restaurants and 7 minutes' drive from Parry Kauri Park. It is 20 minutes' drive from Omaha. Goat Island is 30 minutes' drive away. All rooms offer a private entrance a TV electric blankets and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower hairdryer and free toiletries. Excellent short term stay.

Very good

Liked: very tasty comprehensive breakfast. nice little "treats" each day.
Disliked: room was smaller than we expected, but v comfortable.

Liked: Very comfortable room and bed, great shower ensuite, beautifully appointed. Home baking a real treat with friendly & hospitable hosts. Close to township in car, and museum & easy kauri bush walk.
