Liked: Location was great nice and quiet central to the town was great
Disliked: The beds were a bit soft/saggy in the middle for us but other then that it was quiet comfortable throuout the visit.

Liked: Clean and spacious renovated rooms, comfy bed, great shower, plenty of parking close to the room, friendly and welcoming staff, situated just off the CBD so its nice and quiet, while still being only a short easy walk to cafes, pubs and parks, or drive to the wineries.

Disliked: The water kettle was not clean and had rust ...had to clean it myself, the doorstop is in a bad position should be positioned further back tripped twice when went to the window

Convenient, spacious, with easy free...
Liked: No breakfast bought but could zap food in room, handy, and get a simple breakfast together, saving $ too, before heading out. Roomy interior. Modern decor. Very clean.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind after two weekend stays so far.

It was from night 1...
Liked: Quiet spot much of the stay. Ankit takes care of requests reliably (very prompt responses, too) and will assist in my experience to resolve any issue. He also greets guests and deals with written messages in a warm, timely, professional way. Basically, Ankit demonstrates he knows exactly what he is doing and how to manage this accommodation. He is accountable. This is not always the guest experience at other accommodation.
Disliked: Nothing to nominate.
