Liked: The staff was friendly & helpful. Free tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Very central. The room wasn’t expensive, but I still expected a little bit more.
Disliked: The heating didn’t work. The internet was slow. There wasn’t many basic channels available on the tv & our room was right next to a noisy road.

Liked: It was convenient to where we were attending the function
Disliked: The room lacked extra pillows, a blanket, a small plate and plugs. The fridge had not been defrosted and had not been checked for articles left inside it.

It did the job for...

Liked: Location good for what we wanted
Disliked: Place looks tired. Didn’t seem clean especially the bathroom. Towel rail was old and shabby. Nowhere to put anything. No heating or extractor fan. We saw 2 cockroaches. Milk carton with straw not easy to pour from. No coffee plunger. Blind cord was broken.
