Liked: The pool facilities were appropriate.
Disliked: There is nothing Disney about this hotel but the name. I have been in many Disney hotels and can say we were very disappointed. No decor or Disney theme at all. Staff were very unfriendly and never greeted us when walking in.

Staff was generally nice but...
Liked: Overall, the room was decent. What I would expect for a $200 hotel, not $555.
Disliked: Booking.com states Free Wifi and"Included: US$ 50 Resort fee per nightExcluded: 12.5 % government tax"When we got our bill, we had only stayed one night, and they charged us an ADDITIONAL 2 nights resort fees plus taxes. So they are charging the check in day AND the check out day. They refuse to refund it. They explained that the resort service fee includes "WIFI" which is supposed to be free. Also use of paddle boats and free fitness class with instructor according to them. Basically it's just another way to extract $50 a day from guests, they know almost no one will use these things. Who needs paid wifi when anyone can use their hotspot on their phone. So now we have paid $655 for one night in a normal hotel.

It was a great stay...
Liked: The location and also the hotel facilities where fantastic, especially because you can use the facilities from all three hotels
Disliked: Very pricy especially at breakfast when using the cafe

Disappointing
Liked: Great location. Clean.Pool at reserve disappointing, bar area not open at specified times.Staff were lovely or extremely rude. Not customer service skills there at all. Waited an hour for one child’s meal that never came, no apology- so rude.Pillows ridiculously uncomfortable- even when given extra.
