If you aren’t driving and...

Liked: Clean and close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios
Disliked: The buses to the parks are not reliable as far as time and stop at both the Swan and swan reserve so there may not be room after waiting 30 plus minutes. Make other plans. I love the property but will not be staying again b/c of parking. The lot was full on more than one occasion as I could see many open spots blocked off by valet. Was told valet is a third party company. After speaking to valet the man looked at me and said you can valet for $16 more or try the swan and swan reserve and walk. I have spent way too much money to stay at a deluxe hotel not to have parking. Therefore, sadly this will be the last time we stay here.

It’s a fine place, but...

Liked: Just an average hotel. Nothing outstanding. Nothing terrible.
Disliked: Far from Magic Kingdom. Take an Uber as the buses are infrequent. We never saw one.

Great location for Epcot, comfy...

Liked: Excellent location for Epcot, comfy beds, lovely pool with waterslide which our son enjoyed. You can grab most things you need from Fuel - they had great coffee and salads. We loved being able to take the boat to Epcot and wandering around the Boardwalk was beautiful.
Disliked: Just be aware this is a HUGE resort and very busy. The main pool is quite a long walk away from the Dolphin.

Great stay for Disney and...

Liked: This is our favorite Disney property ever. We’ve been visiting this establishment for 13 years and remains consistent, comfortable and customer service is beyond!
Disliked: Parking fees are steep

Disliked: Ac did not work that well.. I found that throughout all of the parks not just this hotel and I felt it was a bit excessive to charge $56 a day to park your car at a hotel you were staying at

Liked: Yes, I enjoyed breakfast. It was delicious and great quality. We also enjoyed the customer service.
Disliked: Not enough information about self-parking. It seems like valet parking is the only choice, however, guests should have the knowledge about their options.
