Liked: Stayed in the new room with the bunk beds which kids loved, really great design. Very comfortable king size bed. No window which meant to the room was very quiet. Very friendly staff at reception and in restaurant making the hotel feel very welcoming and warm.
Disliked: Not much in the town but good location to base travel.

Liked: Lovely, clean, spacious apartment. Great breakfast & evening meals. On street parking. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Street noise and shop extractor noise in apartment..Only restaurant in village - last orders at 8pm week of The Open was restrictive.

Liked: The service from all staff was excellent they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was spotless, very spacious and clean room, We had 2 kids with us and they enjoyed their weekend especially the swings in the beer garden. We couldn't have asked for more.We will definitely be back

Good value for money especially...

Liked: The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fabulous and great value. Good family room and clean.
Disliked: The location is fine but you have to park on the street in front of spar so it didn’t feel very safe leaving the car there.

Liked: Everything but the breakfast was rotten. Food felt like it was sitting under a heater for a while. Hopefully next time it's better

The hotel served it's purpose...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: when you walked up the stairs to the appointment the stairwell smelt like old chip fat. The free standing fridge freezer was dirty and did not keep the food cold.No mirror in the main dedroom. You had to have the heating when you needed hot water. The toilet paper was very cheap.
