Liked: The 2nd floor carriage house room was wonderful. Despite the free ear plugs offer, non were needed. it was quiet and a really lovely place. Plenty of charm and character inside and out.
Disliked: The Ground floor entry foyer into the carriage house was in need of some housekeeping. It had a pretty good collection of lawn and garden debris that had blown in. The tree stump on the edge of the alley parking space is a tripping hazard for the not to sure footed older people and should be removed. The furniture layout needs some help. We stayed at a amazing B&B in Estes Park Colorado that had 2 smaller but very comfy chairs and a very small ottoman in front of the fireplace. Great place for a romantic end of day bottle of wine with my honey after a chilly day. The addition of another comfy chair would be a good thing, just say'n.
