Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The only parking choice was valet, which was $30 per night. We arrived with two cars (two people arriving from different locations) so that was an additional $60 for one night. I find this outrageous for a non-luxury experience.There is no room service on Saturdays. They have room service every other day. We were so excited to have breakfast in our room as a splurge. We were celebrating a friend's 50th birthday and this is what she wanted. I have no idea why they have no room service on what I am sure is one of the busiest days of the week for a hotel. Also, there was no way to call the front desk. I tried several times using the in-room phone, using the dedicated button for this. No answer ever.The staff was cordial but not helpful. I had to ask where the elevator was; no information was issued without me asking.
