Liked: Location is good. Front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. Noraly was extremely pleasant to talk with and extremely helpful giving us ideas of things to do and figuring out the train ride schedules as it was our first time to Switzerland. We bought the front desk staff some bear biscuits from Bern as a way to show our appreciation for their service. Margos supermarket is just across the street from us. Lucerne Station is 4 mins. walk from hotel. Very convenient location.
Disliked: I find their breakfast choices are very limited for CHF28/person, so we decided to eat out instead. Overall, not much issues.

Liked: We loved our stay at the Waldstätterhof. The location is super close to the train station, boats and buses. It’s a short walk to the Chapel Bridge and Old Town. Breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly.
Disliked: I can’t say there is anything I don’t like about our stay here!
