Liked: Beautiful building, well located
Disliked: Maid service was very late or did not come at all. Elevator to tower broken and not repaired by the next day.This is a large hotel. Only one entrance and exit available for use forcing much longer walks in rain. There were several other entrances on other sides of building but locked. Unreasonable cost savings effort. Prices were astronomical. $9 for a 8 oz bottle of water!

Liked: The concierge was very nice and helpful
Disliked: The service in the bar and restaurants was absolutely horrible. Took forever to be served, they took my name and said they’d call when a table was available and never did, the prices were astronomical ($70 for a double shot), and they weren’t polite or service oriented at all. Also multiple days they would make up our room and not bring clean towels (but took the old), didn’t replace empty Kleenex, etc.

Liked: Primo in every possible way.

Exceptional

Liked: Location was perfect for walking to the monuments and museums. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Liked having bottled water and slippers in my room.
Disliked: Didn't care for the flavor of your coffee.
