Liked: The high tea and room service were amazing! I loved the shower and tub. The pool was also fantastic.
Disliked: There was a lot of extra resort fees adn room service fees I didn't expect

Liked: I think the best and worst part for this hotel are it's location. It's right in the heart of the strip but hard to get to because of this.
Disliked: This is a very quiet hotel with very few kids and no casino

Very rude front of staff

Disliked: Staff was extremely rude. Daily hold charge on the card was extremely ambiguous but the staff was too rude to explain. Horrible experience and totally spoilt the WA brand

Bad Service, bad food, bad...

Stay was nice but disappointing...

Liked: The staff were quite nice and attentive and I love the location of the property.
Disliked: My complaint was the quality of the room. Furniture and TV were outdated. The credenza of the TV where the minibar is located had doors falling off as well as in the closet area. Headboards are dated. Just expected more — especially after you see the beautiful remodeled lobby.
