Disliked: I was extremely disappointed. I expected a certain style of behavior, but the lady at the reception probably thought she was the owner of the hotel. She refused to accommodate us only because my brother was 17 years old. Then I demanded at least accommodation for me and the lady said that she was not interested and that I would leave. I have visited dozens of top hotels in my life, but I have never seen such behavior anywhere. Finally, we went to stay at the Ritz Carlton Berlin and I can only recommend it, they accommodated us immediately and they have incredible service as always.

Liked: The quality of the mattresses, the spa with sauna, the breakfast, the kindness of the staff.
Disliked: The day before our departure, I contacted the guest service to request breakfast in our room at 6:30 AM, as we had to leave by 7:00 AM. I was politely informed that it was not possible before 7:00 AM. Breakfast was included, and for a five-star hotel of this class…
