Liked: Very well designed rooms and well organised operations at the hotel. Staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Some noise outside late at night, though not the hotels fault!

Great place to stay. Enjoy...

Liked: Very helpful staff. Great location, easy walking distance to many top attractions. Clean, comfortable pleasant rooms of reasonable size. Good sound-proofing and light control during long daylight hours.
Disliked: It's convenient to eat breakfast at the hotel and the restaurant is light, airy, clean and comfortable. However due to the busyness of the restaurant, both muesli containers were empty and the pastries gone by the time I'd eaten my yoghurt. There was plenty to eat, but not what I prefer and with pink grapefruit the sole fruit choice, which is not permitted with some medications. A little disappointing when the rest of my stay was excellent.

Great for short stay

Liked: The hotel is quite large inside, it took much time to reach our room. I've booked double room but when we reached inside we realused that there is only one set of pillow and towels. So I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for the pillow, coverlet and towels for second person. So they informed me that everything is in room inside the drawer in the bed... This information should be received upon check in. Nevertheless, our stay was great. The room wasn't spacious because it is ment rather for one person but it was quite comfy. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. Breakfast was quite tasty. What I liked the most it was the location in the city centre. I think it is perfect for few days stay.

Wonderful stay in excellent location!

Liked: The room was exactly as in the pictures. Rooms are soundproofed and very clean, small but with all the necessary amenities. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly.

Liked: Great location. Very helpful cleaning and front desk staff.
Disliked: Spots on bed sheets. Strange that our rooms were cleaned on day 4 of a 5-night stay.

Liked: Good breakfast buffet.Option to store the bike in the inner yard very welcome.
Disliked: Typical for Copenhagen, the rooms are small. Yet at least a small shelf would be helpful. Stayed 6 nights, no option to store any clothing is a challenge.

Satisfactory stay in the heart...

Liked: >The location was the best part for me! A 10/10. Plenty of awesome food options right outside the hotel, and all the attractions are very walkable. Public transport options are also short walks away.>The express check-out option is convenient, especially for anyone who needs to catch a red-eye or early flight.>The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk gave me an extra key when I needed one. >Room was clean and sufficient in terms of toiletries/facilities.
Disliked: Luggage storage is paid, so guests should keep that in mind when making arrangements for their trips.
