Disliked: No support from staff. We weren't direct to our room because it's our first experience and didn't know where to go and what to do. It would be helpful if we were escorted to our room

Pleasant staff and good location.

Liked: The location and easy parking. Spacious shower and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The window did not lock and the toilet seat was only attached on one side. They were promptly fixed by the maintenance person but no offer of compensation or upgrade for the inconvenience.

Liked: The atmosphere was comfortable, my husband and kids enjoyed the spa. I accidentally left my phone behind at the hotel and they sent an email regarding collection, very grateful.

Disliked: Buffet dinner was tasty but not hot enough.
