Disliked: Very weak shower, heat pump hard to start, TV options insufficient, door room 424 hard to open had to try 3-4times each time

Disliked: The spa pool wasn’t really what I expected it to be. Im assuming it was the covered part by the outside pool. Didn’t use it but did use the gym

Liked: Loved the food, chef is great. Loved location, especially restaurant space/views. Rooms are also incredibly spacious.
Disliked: Staff. Very poor customer service in restaurant and throughout experience. Couldn't get through to anyone via the phone when tried on multiple occasions. Then when I ordered room service they forgot my meal. Took over 2hrs to get dinner once I re-ordered. Just seemed like the place was incredibly understaffed my entire visit.
