Very good

Liked: Beautiful rooms and a comfortable bed. Staff were attentive to our needs and helpful. Location is central to the octagon.
Disliked: The room we had faced a busy rd and traffic started up around 5.30am. As the windows are not double glazed it was noisy. Otherwise it would be a 10/10.

Superb

Liked: Location, cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff were the top of the list.
Disliked: Probably more options for rooms with great views would've been better. The hotel could strategise a plan for guest parking without an additional cost.

Enjoyable

Liked: Comfy bed. Nice decor. Daily Room Cleaning available. Good tv channels to select from.Friendly front of house staff. Very helpful.Lovely big thick towels.
Disliked: We had a Superior King room. We would have liked another chair (only one provided)Also...the coffee machine was a bit hard to work...sometimes crushed the capsules. Would have loved a mug rather than a tiny cup! Not enough milk (only given 4x tiny capsules0. We would have liked a little box of milk instead.
