I would never stay here...

Disliked: The pool space was dirty, jacoozi’s we’re not working, the floor in the room was dirty and wet, the air conditioning had black mold and was extremely dirty, the beds were hard as a rock, the toilet was leaking in the bathroom onto the floor most likely causing all of the wetness, had to go to the front desk for the extra towels I had called for that never came after hours of waiting, television was extremely lagged and barely worked, and the front desk woman Gene was very rude when I asked to cancel the booking/ speak to a manager after seeing all of the issues in the room she said “that’s your problem not mine” and hung up the phone.

Tired and run down.. needs...

Liked: The location is good if you want to be in Waikiki and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on.. you could feel the springs and the pillows were like bricks! Floors were damp and not cleaned properly. It’s an old tired hotel

Disliked: Got charged a 2nd resort fee when I checked in at Lobby desk. The “resort” was far from a resort, more like a motel 8 you’re gonna catch a penicillin shot from. Cigarette burns in furniture, floor had a film that was slippery and left shoe marks, no blanket on bed just a foot runner.
