Excellent

Liked: I enjoyed the space, sceneries, staffs, Hawaiian activities, and the location. I plan on making the Ilikai Resort my home away from home vacation and telling friends, family and acquaintances to make this their vacation spot as well.
Disliked: N/A

Bad

Liked: Walking distance from few beaches.Front staff was okWe stayed with two families, so we felt less pain
Disliked: Property had no beach access Elevators were troublesome. We had to wait 18-25 mins to get elevators.Elevators will not fully open. Do not send kids alone in elevators. It was injury risk. We took stairs many times.Sofa bed was very comfortableAC was too cold and uncomfortable

Cheap motel with no service

Disliked: No housekeeping at all even I need to go pickup towels everyday. Not contemporaryCoffee is very very bad.

Liked: Location was perfect but the property is tired and could do with a refresh
Disliked: The prices are still quite high for off season and the room was badly in need of an update

Had a comfortable stay.

Liked: It could sleep (3) comfortably. The location was good. Laundry room. Kitchen facility.
Disliked: 1) Very little bathroom amenities. Enough for only one day/one person. 2) No Kamaaina rate. 3) High parking fee. Lamp fixture needs replacing.

Uninspiring!

Liked: Not much. View was nice but we couldn't appreciate it from our balcony due to the constant protesting. There wasn't a great deal in terms of 'affordable' dining nearby.
Disliked: We endured four days of constant protesting from the neighbouring Hilton Hotel. From 6am til 10pm - we could not sit on our balcony or even have the door open. The facilities at the resort were basic at best. I also didn't appreciate the hard sell to attend a time share talk in order to receive a discounted tour. I wasn't there to purchase property, I was there to enjoy my stay, which was a challenge.
