Good location, amazing staff

Liked: Loved the location it was in the middle of everywhere, and it was easy to get to everything in waikiki. Ihop is right next door, and so is a pizza window, so that was nice. Beach is a few blocks away, which was great. The staff was amazing, and the housekeeper was awesome she was so nice and grateful for the tips and pineapple we gifted her. And they have a awesome hospitality suite you can use for an hour before your flight to freshen up and stuff which was a huge bonus and alot of people don't even know about it so definitely take advantage of that if you have to check out early but your flight is later in the day
Disliked: My only complaint was the beds where a little hard and street noise above the rooms was very loud, even being 14 floors up, but I didn't let it bug me too much.
