Liked: Location is very good; breakfast was only coffee which was good.
Disliked: Window A/C is right next to one bed so that person is freezing while others in the room are hot.Lots of little ants itn the kitchen area.Shower has two steps up and then down. Not safe in my opinion.

Disliked: Everything. Will never go again. I want my money back and paid for havening to stay there because from false advertisement.

Liked: It’s a great location if you want to stay in Waikiki, it’s close to both the Waikiki beach and way better public beach near the military museum. Super central location.
Disliked: I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times and rooms vary in quality. The ones facing the courtyard are the worst for noise, in the back blue building rooms are a lot quieter at night. The air condition is essential but very loud aswell. Kitchenettes aren’t really equipped with anything to cook with so a waste of money for the upgrade.

Disliked: The rooms looked a bit run down and there was a lot of little bugs all around the room, from the bathroom to the beds.

Disliked: We had some trouble getting the air conditioner to work, once we knew that you had to have the key card in the wall it worked out.

As a female solo traveller,...

Liked: I was a solo female traveller who stayed here as a result of a delayed flight. I did not feel very safe at this hotel and was disappointed that I could not leave luggage here. I was displaced for a day as a result.
Disliked: The rooms did not feel secure. The shutters and the front door to the room did not feel secure. I had opened a door in my room thinking it was a wardrobe but it was a door into the next room. I accidentally opened the door into another customers rooms and was alarmed to discover these doors do not lock. The hotel is meant to be locked overnight which was the little thing making me feel slightly safe however, when I left early in the morning for my flight around 4am, the gate did not appear to be locked.
