Exceptional

Ok but not worth the...

Liked: Wonderful location. They had chairs you could take to the beach. Nice hot tub generally good service.
Disliked: For the price, we did not think they offered enough of a luxury experience. The pool was too cool for Winter, and was small with no view. The kid’s pool had a better view. They should switch the locations. The check-in was really slow, exceedingly so. It was excessive.

Disliked: The volume of people for this hotel was high and uncomfortable. The staff was not available to assist in planning activities or booking excursions. The concierge services were not helpful in recommending or responding. There was no one to assist in making plans at this resort. It was difficult to understand what was all available at this resort. Room 605 is not ocean view..
