Liked: booked on line, checked in and was told the kitchen is closed and won't be serving any meals. Nothing mentioned in the online booking
Disliked: Not being advised that their kitchen wasn't operating

Liked: I liked the position on the lake and the staff were pleasant. My bed was firm but comfortable.
Disliked: It was obvious that the place had not had enough upkeep and was short of staff at times. The light in my shower did not work and I reported it the first morning and it was not fixed. After my pleasant massage I climbed into the spa that had been made ready for me but I stood on a loose jet nozzle in the foot well that cut the sole of my foot. The water was fairly cold but soon a staff member filled it up with warm water and was then pleasant for use after I fished out a second loose nozzle. I reported this to two staff members but to date have not had any apologies from the management. It is 5 days and my foot is still healing.
