Good

Liked: Great price ,awesome bed and lovely big spa bath in the room.
Disliked: We were happy with our stay.

Everyone was really nice but...

Liked: The service was amazing, the staff were really nice and happy to help us if we needed anything. Our room was nice and clean, shower was clean and bed was comfy
Disliked: The main pool was dirty and I might have missed that it wasn’t heated. I had my nails done there which were definitely not what I expected but the nail tech was really nice and made the experience better. The food was a bit pricey.

Liked: Setting and tranquil location.
Disliked: Lack of lighting, had to turn lights on in walkway to lift as none was on. Would of used Spa but no covering / shelter.Would of been nice if lighting was on around the pool area, this would of been nice than looking at dark spot.Toilet seat was broken, reported no one fixed.Our room had not been tidy up stayed for 2 nights.

Superior suite

Liked: Staff were friendly and restaurant was good. View of lake and proximity to reserve/lake was close.
Disliked: Booked a superior suite for $315 for 1 night and it was very dated. There was holes in the wall by TV, scuff marks all over the walls, a yellow stained spa bath (note in room saying it was from previous guest but the toilets had same yellow stains perhaps from sulfur/water), TV remote was being held together by cellotape, no teatowel to dry dishes. Really expected better quality of the rooms from a 4 star hotel, it's more like a 3 star.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Liked: Staff were absolutely lovely, had everything we needed in one place and the bed was so comfy, we really enjoyed our short stay.

Would not recommend unless investments...

Liked: The venue has lots of potential, but it was evident that the resort lacks investment and may be suffering post-covid. Some of the staff were nice, but some either ignored you or were unhelpful.
Disliked: The welcome received was poor. We were expected to unload our truck the longest distance from our room, with a one year old, in the rain. The room was not good. The couch seat had discoloration, and the bedroom wallpaper was held together with cellotape in places it was falling off. The headboard was a table runner tacked to the wall with pins
