Superb

Liked: Easy to find, good parking access and an easy walk into Lancaster centre. Excellent food for both dinner & breakfast, and the staff are all lovely and helpful. Great that there's a lift for both accessibility and to get suitcases upstairs to rooms. Beds are comfortable - mattresses feel quite new.
Disliked: Rooms are a little on the snug side, but that's only an issue if you have over-large luggage
