Liked: Rooms very nicely decorated. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Shame about the scaffolding being up but this didn't cause us any problems.

Excellent location

Liked: Excellent location. Nice staff at reception.Had everything we needed. The air con was ace for the very hot weather we've experienced.
Disliked: A little noisy with the street nearby. The bed was too soft for us, but that's personal preference.

Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: All the steps and the bell boy is never available. Not when we arrived and not when we left. For a place with all those stairs, they need a 24 hour bellhop/porter.

Liked: Room is very pristine and clean, bed was very comfy and had a very good nights sleep. Centrally located, close to Shephards Bush station. There’s lots of restaurants below, a convenience store too, just below the hotel. Staff at the hotel is very friendly too. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay.
Disliked: The only thing for me, is that in my room the aircon wasn’t very cold!

I really enjoy staying at...

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel before and was excited to go back. The hotel is centrally located however at night it can be noisy, but this is no fault of the hotel. Our room was clean however I had expected it to be a little bigger given it was a Triple Room. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were amazing. Very welcoming on arrival and I had someone carry my bags up and down the stairs which was very much appreciated.
Disliked: I found that the air conditioning in our room did not seem to work and the room was quite warm. Also at night time we had alot of light come into the room from under the door and it can make it feel quite bright in the room when you are trying to sleep. These are minor issues but it did impact our stay.

Stay was excellent.

Liked: Room was clean, location is excellent as it right next to an underground station and 5 minute walk from Westfield Shopping centre. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: Only the stairs but probably because we had a long day on our feet.

Good value hotel ,excellent location,...

Liked: Staff were lovely and friendly, room was a good size the only issue was noise from we assumed trains on the underground as station was close by plus noise I think from people arriving in the next room, not sure if there is anything they could do about noise issues but overall a good hotel for the price ! Location is excellent very close to underground and shops
Disliked: Maybe look at seeing if there is an option of how to reduce noises,it may not be possible.
