Liked: Rooms very nicely decorated. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Shame about the scaffolding being up but this didn't cause us any problems.

Good value hotel ,excellent location,...

Liked: Staff were lovely and friendly, room was a good size the only issue was noise from we assumed trains on the underground as station was close by plus noise I think from people arriving in the next room, not sure if there is anything they could do about noise issues but overall a good hotel for the price ! Location is excellent very close to underground and shops
Disliked: Maybe look at seeing if there is an option of how to reduce noises,it may not be possible.

We had a lovely stay!

Liked: Very friendly staff and good service. Very cozy and charming building and rooms.
Disliked: The hotel is very centrally located, which is a plus, but the surrounding areas are busy and you'll hear traffic during the night.

Lovely staff, clean comfy room,...

Liked: Very clean, the bathroom was amazing and ample amenities!Staff were helpful and accepted my forms of ID even though one had been expired.
Disliked: The location was rather loud, but that isn’t the fault of the property. Lots of sirens and roadworks, so perhaps bring earplugs to sleep comfortably.

Comfortable stay, wonderful staff!

Liked: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful!The room was nice and cozy. Window was slightly blocked due to external renovation works, but honestly it made things feel better.Bed was clean and soft, giving a comfortsble nights sleep.Being near the station was ab added bonus!
Disliked: Available sockets, but we were able to make do.The socket under the TV, where you plug in the kettle could be looked at, as sometimes the kettle or plugged in charger wouldnt work
