Well connected to transportation around...
Liked: This is our 4th stay here. Train stations (Central line and Overground connected to Gatwick) are just few steps away. Westfield is around the corner. Friendly staff. Good base for going around London.
Disliked: There is no lift. Sometimes we can hear the traffic outside.

Good
Liked: It's really well connected with the main areas by underground or bus, there're shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was really welcoming and my room was clean and comfortable, enough space for a solo traveler.
Disliked: The building is quite old and I do not recommend staying here if you're a ligth sleeper as you can hear street noises. But if you're ok wearing ear plugs that could work. And do not forget that there's no lift!

Great Staff & Value for...
Liked: Great location right by Shepherd's Bush station and Westfield. The staff are super nice and overall the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is by a very busy road junction so the noise from the traffic is pretty loud so if you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend you take some earplugs. There is no lift at the property, so be prepared to lug your cases up a few flights of stairs

Sleepless in Shepherd’s Bush.
Liked: Friendly staff, good en-suite, having a mini-fridge was a plus.
Disliked: The noise was the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel room. One of the latches to the external window was broken so the window wouldn’t seal from the outside. The secondary glazing had a gap in it from the window frame so likewise it didn’t keep out the noise. Outside is 6 lanes of traffic and a busy pedestrian route. I was in room 202. An environment in which a guest can sleep is a basic requirement for a hotel room, W12 Rooms didn’t deliver this basic requirement for this guest.

Great base for exploring London
Liked: Amazing location extremely close to the central line. The staff were really friendly and helpful. This was such a great base for exploring London! It's fantastic that you can get a proper single room which is perfect for solo travelling.Fresh towels daily, staff always on hand to help.Tonnes of places to eat with Westfields round the corner.
Disliked: There was scaffolding on the outside, which is likely just temporary. This just meant that the curtains needed to stay closed, so the room was a little dark.

Amazing staff but extremely noisy...
Liked: Amazing staff, always welcoming and helpful. This time I had a larger room which was very appreciated, and a fridge that worked. Bed was very clean and comfy, shower room spacey. Hotel is short walking distance from metro and train station.
Disliked: Extremely noisy: ridiculously loud sirens of police cars or of ambulances heard both daytime and night time, plus road works on the square outside. I got sick in bed for the full duration of my stay unfortunately which made things worse as I had to endure this being ill with fever and headache. It was a nightmare. Also one morning I heard people talking outside my window, workers were back on the scaffoldings and talking loudly and working. Room curtains were stained, carpet on the floor also. Access card to the room was not working so receptionist had to come up to open the door with a key.
