Disliked: Bathroom light are way too dark not enough light

Iconic stay loved my birtbday...

Liked: Amazing venue and new hotel made it extra special. We went for my birthday during vivid was great location to walk to all the action. We got roller way bed in 1 bedroom apartment so my daughter could sleep comfortably and it worked well.
Disliked: The customer service was really mixed and not consistent. Checkin was slow, room service and house keeping I had to chase up many times for my requests. I got really frustrated at one point. It’s a shame as the hotel is amazing but customer service is lacking for the price they are charging for a room.

Liked: The location is very central
Disliked: We had someone else’s vomit all over the bed and when I went to grab the phone I then touched the vomit which was all over the phone. I have reached out to the W going back and forward for weeks now to try and remedy the situation. They gave me a $150 credit for the hotel. I wanted a full night stay refund due to our first night being disrupted due to moving rooms and then feeling ill due to touching someone else’s bodily fluids but alas I was told that they would not further compensate me.
