Repeatable when price is better...

Liked: Location and view was fantastic.
Disliked: The tub had hairs in it and the shower handle was loose and did not engage correctly. The handle would drop automatically and as a result change the water temperature in the middle of showering.

Liked: We have no solution to our problems since the beginning, with the reservation mistake, we paid for 4 people when we were only 2, the breakfast it was included but always was not in the files.The service In to the swimming pool very poor, 45 mini for one cocktail and for coconut water you should be prepared for 30 minutes and the we needed to blame and went to the bar to pick up our on coconut water.The service only got better after Intervention of mister Alessandro, the boss of this team.For finish

It was amazing

Liked: This was our second stay at this hotel, and definitely not the last! We stayed for five nights and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food is delicious and offered a great variety every day. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me was that people were allowed to smoke cigarettes or cigars on the beach and by the pool, which was a bit unpleasant for me.
