Liked: Ms Raffaella Scalogna, Guest Experience Manager, and her esteemed staff members, took the extra steps to make the visit as comfortable as it could be, with particular attention to every detail possible, tailoring to your needs.

Amazing stay in very comfortable...
Liked: Loved the courtyard where we had an amazing breakfast. Loved the small portions of fruit. Very nice food and quick servings.
Disliked: The room had a strong air fresher which I didn't like.

Liked: The beautiful courtyard restaurant
Disliked: The breakfast buffet is inconveniently located in a cramped corner between a staircase, kitchen traffic, and a narrow passage, making it accessible to only one person at a time, particularly at the bread station.

Overall, a beautifully located hotel...
Liked: The location is fantastic. The reception at the rooftop pool was also lovely; the staff there were very welcoming and made us feel special. Knowing we were celebrating a birthday, they surprised us with a small treat in the room, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
Disliked: However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction in the area, which meant that for a couple of nights, we struggled to sleep. One night there was also very loud music — we’re not sure if it was from the hotel’s restaurant/rooftop or outside. The construction noise was especially disruptive — I was awake at 4 a.m., and they were still hammering. It continued on through the day, though luckily we were mostly out during daytime hours.Another downside was the room size and bathroom. Having stayed at many five-star hotels, I was surprised at how small and average the room felt, especially given the high price point. You’d expect more spacious, luxurious rooms and bathrooms at this level. Unfortunately, it just didn’t deliver that five-star feel.On top of that, we ran into an odd issue with housekeeping. After being out all day on our first day, we came back to find that the room hadn’t been made up. When we called the concierge, we were told we needed to inform them in advance of the exact time we wanted housekeeping to come, which we found strange. Typically, in hotels of this category, you either have a “Make Up My Room” card or button, or housekeeping comes in during the day when guests are out, without needing a specific request. Instead, we had to leave the room again and provide them with a schedule for when they could come, which really didn’t make sense to us.Overall, while there were some lovely aspects, I’d say the experience didn’t fully meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel, especially considering the price
