What a hotel! great location,...
Liked: excellent built hotel! beautiful pool..a little small and crowded but had a great ambiance and a bar. also, it was open 24 hours. The room was beautifully decorated and had a great bathroom/vanity design area. the roof bar is big and open with plenty of area and great servers, the staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say. one of the best stays I've had in a long time.

Not up to standard
Disliked: The restaurant was terrible. Could not even cook a poached egg. Staff kept disapearing Had keep reregistering for the wifi every couple of hours Could not get room cleaned depsite being out all day and requesting a service. I was asked for my feedback and told the front desk all of the above and they couldn't have cared less. They said someone would ring me but never heard back.

Nice property in a great...
Liked: This was our second visit in 2 years. It has a super location in the trendy Gulch area, modern hotel, nice rooftop bar, convenient gym, walking distance to all the major sights but far enough out from Broadway to be away from the madness.
Disliked: The housekeeping was awful. Over 3 nights we had to contact the front desk daily at about 4pm having been out all day and having had the light on to service our room when it still wasn't done. They were apologetic and gave us a platter on our last night and a small discount which we appreciated however the issue of servicing a room shouldn't arise in a property of this standard. Additionally the pool bar was closed one afternoon - although it had rained that morning it had cleared up in the afternoon and there were approximately 40 guests looking for refreshments and having to go in and down to the lobby bar. A member of staff should have been allocated once they saw guests were there. Again a premium property needs to be agile to changing situations. And finally the cost differential was strange. A margarita in Proof rooftop bar was approx $15 but $26 in the lobby bar.
