Disliked: No use of pool as they let outsiders use it So noisy night and dayPool users at night to outside guests so noisy above our room Events in lounge area so bad and noisy Breakfast poor value and offerStaff unhelpful didn’t seem to care Appalling stay and no customer support

Eat, shop, party, drink.....want to...

Liked: The location
Disliked: We were first-timers in nashville. I wish we knew that sleeping on the third floor, you'd hear all of the music from the 2nd. Also, you guys have Saks Fifth Avenue downstairs, but not aspa. My wife and I had to travel a couple of blocks away to enjoy the spa.
