Hostel type foyer, poor food...

Liked: Ample room size, big pool & gym
Disliked: Underwhelming foyer. No room service or food options after 21:00 on a weeknight in a $400pn hotel - is a no no.

Dated and disappointing. It’s not...

Disliked: Vet disappointed with what was meant to be a five star hotel. It’s actually just a W branded residence tacked onto another residence. Zero slippers or robe to be found in the room and when I called the “Anything Any Time” room service they still couldn’t provide slippers. Half the room was cold marble floor so this was pretty uncomfortable. On the third call I tried reception who were much more helpful (thank you Alejandra) - they finally managed to find the last pair of slippers in the place. Overall the “hotel” is very dated and nothing like the Ws that I’ve stayed at in other countries.
