Liked: The location. The staff. The pool. Room service.
Disliked: The lack of storage. I feel more emphasis has been placed on the “cool” factor and not necessarily on the comfort factor. A small wall-mounted cabinet above the towel rack would have made a huge difference. The phone didn’t work, and the bidet didn’t work. All small things but contributed to the hotel not feeling as 5-star as we expected.
