Liked: Beautiful decor, very clean. Lovely reception staff. BEAUTIFUL welcome message for our wedding with some gorgeous sweets waiting for us upon check in.
Disliked: The bar service within the room is super expensive. Water took a long time to warm up. I didn't like how the bed sheets were two sheets sandwiched over the blanket, it would all become loose and felt cheap for the price per night.

Fabulous property close to everything....

Liked: The pool and pool area are amazing !! We ate dinner at Culprit and food was amazing, the service was great. We also had drinks at Curious and bar staff were attentive. Great place to meet for drinks and snack.

Comfortable short stay

Liked: Excited for our stay at W Melbourne, reception staff were excellent , booking in was quick and professional staff made us feel welcome.Unusual entrance, not at what we expected as a 5 star hotel, a little underwhelming.Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the toilet with the warm seat and automatic opening was a bit of a novelty.The pool area was incredible and we throughly enjoyed the afternoon enjoying a swim and wine. Drinks and meals terribly overpriced.Stayed 2 nights and our room wasn’t made up. Unsure if we would stay again but it was a worth a visit.
