A lovely escape from the...

Liked: Great location, great facilities, stylish and luxurious. Absolutely love the buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Pool closes at 7pm for kids, 8pm would be better.

Fabulous birthday experince and wonderfully...

Liked: Myself and family spent a night here whilst in Melbourne Celebrating my mothers 60th birthday, the staff were so attentive, considerate in how they talked/presented making you feel at ease from the get-go. They made sure my family had the best experience possible. I also pre-arranged a number of extras (balloons, cake, champagne) for the room and everything was set up so cute in time for my mums arrival, they pulled the surprise off perfectly!
Disliked: My only wish is for room service to be open later (Even just pizzas or toasties) so we could order some late night food after drinking.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel, the room and facilities is very good. Breakfast is really great and staff are super friendly (but maybe linger a little too long in every situation for tips)
Disliked: The pool is nice but tricky to exercise as it's a little narrow. Room service for dinner was not nice at all, very bland and underwhelming food which has put me off trying the restaurant

Liked: I really liked this hotel — excellent management, with check-in and check-out that were exceptionally smooth and quick.
Disliked: The rooms are very stylish with an interesting design, though the bright colors are probably just not to my taste.
