Disliked: 1. Unauthorized Deductions: To my surprise, the hotel deducted an additional $200 from my Visa account on a daily basis, without providing any prior information or explanation. This deduction was separate from the room rate and deposit, and I was not informed about it during the check-in process nor I didn’t exceed my daily deposit. The hotel claims that this measure is in place to prevent post-COVID scams, but it is concerning that guests are not adequately informed about such deductions. Transparency is crucial in maintaining trust with customers.2. Poor Furniture Condition: The furniture in my room was old and visibly dirty. It was disappointing to see worn-out chairs, stained upholstery, and scratched surfaces.3. Unpleasant Odors: Both the room and hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout my stay.
