Great! Will be back!

Liked: Easy from airport and easy to the freewayFirst time for me with electronic check in and out. Easy. Staff excellent. Room very clean. Quiet. I would come back for sure!

I didn't know what to...

Liked: Clean rooms good atmosphere.
Disliked: I didn't know that the sell bottles of water in 25$ no one inform me about that thing before. And they are looking for anything to deduct money from my bank account even when I checked out they still try to deduct amounts from my account.

Great value and wonderful stay

Liked: I always love the W hotel standard. I know this is not W standard but still I enjoy the room and also amenities. When I check in at around 4 pm the room was not ready. But Rob was so wonderful and even make sure to call is once it’s ready. Great service
Disliked: The room needs update. Other than that it’s great hotel
