I was somewhat surprised that they charge for WiFi in this day and age, particularly because there is nothing obvious that alerts you to this fact.

Liked: Clean rooms; very pleasant and accommodating staff at the front desk, as well as in the dining room.

We loved our weekend at the W Boston. Accomodations were great! Room was comfortable; staff was amazing in all areas - friendly, helpful and hospitable. Car drop-off service was fantastic. Convenient to restaurants, shops and theatre. We would definitely stay there again.

The place to stay in...

Liked: Here for marathon weekend and the hotel couldn’t have done more for us from welcome goodies, to an amazing welcome party after completing the marathon. Large modern rooms, delicious breakfast and first class staff!

It was good, but we...

Liked: Location, really convenient in the city center.
Disliked: - Cleanness (they didn’t clean the room properly, missing towels, floor was not clean at all)- Mattress - really uncomfortable, leaning on one side- Really noisy (specially at night, street sounds and neighbours were super loud, wake us up at 3 am)- Gym too small for so many people- Entrance guys not really helpful when you need it

Amazing stay

Liked: I was there for the Boston Marathon. The hotel staff made a big deal about the Marathon which was really nice! The location was great and it was very clean and comfortable. They accommodated my requests.
Disliked: A late check out or place to be able to shower after the Marathon would have been awesome.
