Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend other people to stay at your location.

Liked: The room was very nicely decorated.
Disliked: Rooms could be a little bigger.

Liked: The hotel itself is very beautiful, clean and friendly. The location is perfectly within walking distance from Union Station and the Art Institute and thats what we needed.
Disliked: Even though we reserved a room with a roll away bed, the hotel did not have a roll away available for our third person. Thank goodness kids are flexible enough to sleep on the floor.

Liked: Nice location.
Disliked: The bar restaurant closed early since they said it was not busy. The safe in the room did not work (low battery) . I arranged a time for them to come into the room to fix it, and they never showed up. There was a nice chaise in the room, but without a light or table nearby, it was not really functional.

Fake luxury

Disliked: If you’re expecting a luxurious stay ur in for a surprise. Cheap decor, felt like a dressed up motel, elevators were so tight - better off staying at a holiday inn - also had to pay for wifi

Disliked: How small the room was, bathroom was small and could barely take a shower. Would have to maneuver around the room didn’t expect it to be that small. Felt like a budget motel

Will never use again

Liked: Tried to move a reservation. After multiple emails, phone calls to front desk, etc. did not get a single response back. Ended up getting charged for a room I didn't stay in because there is no way to communicate with staff. Will never book here again.
